PERMITTED REFUNDS

We accept returns. You can return unused items in the original packaging within 14 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.  If 14 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Liquid items are non-refundable and may only be replaced if in special case product has failed to reach you or arrived damaged.

Please use our returns section on this website, and send the required information via the website to start your returns. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or onto your account.

If any loyalty item such as coupon has been used it will be deducted.  15% Handling Fees may apply

This online store only supplies to the South African market at this moment. Send us an enquiry if from another country and we can quote on sending items.

Pinnacle Products will not be responsible for paying Import Duty Charges and Tax to countries outside South Africa. It is the client’s responsibility to find out how much the Import Duty Charges are for their specific country before ordering any products.
